Coldwell Banker Agents Take the Top Spots in Cincinnati for 2024

2024 was a competitive year for the Cincinnati real estate market, but Coldwell Banker dominated the top spots. Their top-earning agents include Scott Oyler, Heather Stallmeyer, Bob Hines, Laura Wogen, Brandi Srader Schildmeyer, Mike Hines, Brice Allen, and Stacy Rickert.

Cincinnati is a major Ohio city with a population of 311,097 residents. The well-known and much-visited city is home to a diverse population and numerous neighborhoods to accommodate every income bracket. Residents enjoy a broad range of education options, job opportunities, and recreational activities.

The city’s rising population has resulted in consistent growth in the real estate market. In December 2024, Cincinnati showed a 7.2% increase in home prices over the previous year. The median home price is estimated at $215,300.

Scott Oyler ranked as the top real estate agent for Cincinnati in 2024. He listed 99 homes and sold 111 properties, resulting in a volume of $135,729,578. Mr. Oyler represented 35.59% of all Cincinnati real estate transactions.

Heather Stallmeyer followed closely behind Scott, ranking second among all Cincinnati real estate agents. She listed 59 properties and sold one home. Her $38,299,873 real estate volume represents 10.17% of the market.

Bob Hines joined the group of Coldwell Banker’s top sellers by claiming the third spot. In 2024, he listed 13 homes and sold 18 properties. That activity represents a volume of $22,677,945, which is 5.25% of the total Cincinnati market.

Laura Wogen claimed the fourth-highest ranking. She listed eight properties and sold 17 homes. Her $16,282,612 volume comprises 4.24% of the Cincinnati market.

Brandi Srader Schildmeyer took the fifth spot, listing seven homes and selling nine properties. Her transactions represented 2.71% of the market, with a volume of $7,961,000.

Mike Hines earned the sixth spot with 11 homes listed and one home sold. His 2.03% share of the market was worth a total of $12,451,589.

Coming in at seventh place, Brice Allen listed two homes and sold 10 properties in 2024. Brice maintained a 2.03% share of the market, moving a volume valued at $7,266,450.

Finally, Stacy Rickert made ninth place, with four homes sold in 2024. Her sales represented 0.68% of the Cincinnati real estate market, at a volume of $1,600,000.
