Homerama 2025: Welcome to Foundry Park at Three Oaks!
This year’s Homearama has broken ground as of February 2025. The showcase will be set in the heart of Oakley, one of Cincinnati’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods. Specifically, it will take place in the exciting new development called Foundry Park.
Foundry Park offers a fresh urban twist on luxury living. Homes will feature 3-4 stories, complete with rooftop decks and cutting-edge design, and all just steps away from downtown Oakley and Factory 52!
What to Expect this Year?
Homearama 2025 will feature 7 luxury homes, crafted by some of Cincinnati’s top builders. Prices are expected to range from $1.4 million to over $1.7 million, showcasing high-end finishes, smart home technology, and thoughtful layouts designed for urban living. Oyler Hines is proud to join this year’s show representing Classic Living Home, a longtime participant of Homearama. This year Classic Living Homes has designed stand-out townhomes that feature thoughtful layouts, sleek modern designs, and high-end finishes.
