Molly is a self-taught mixologist based in Cincinnati who has immersed herself in the rich world of classic cocktails and fine spirits. Her passion for mixology is rooted in extensive research into the history and proper preparation of cocktails from the 1700s to the 1950s, primarily through literature. Using these traditional drinks as a foundation, Molly crafts innovative cocktails featuring homemade simple syrups, bitters, liquors, and fresh juices.
