Colleen Fleisher is the go-to person at Oyler Hines for all things new construction, keeping our listings running smoothly from start to finish. She’s the master of transaction management, making sure every deal stays on track and stress-free for our builders and clients. Colleen has a knack for juggling a lot behind the scenes while keeping everything (and everyone) organized. Simply put, she’s the glue that keeps our new construction world moving.
Colleen graduated from University of Dayton in 2018 and worked as an Office Manager for Rainey Allen and Shaw in Louisville, KY. She got her Kentucky Real Estate License in 2019 and eventually moved to Ohio in 2022 where she also received her Ohio Real Estate License.
Colleen lives in Waynesville with her husband Colin. Outside of the office, you can find her playing pickleball at various parks in Cincinnati and Dayton, practicing recreational photography, or vacationing in her favorite spot Avalon, New Jersey.
