Mike Atoyan
Mike is the person behind the scenes overseeing the systems, finances, technology, and daily operations that keep Oyler Hines running smoothly. He works across departments to improve processes, solve problems, and support the team’s continued growth while helping deliver an exceptional experience for clients and agents alike. Whether implementing new technology, analyzing performance, or finding more efficient ways to work, Mike is focused on making the business stronger. In addition to the real estate team, Mike oversees operations and finances for several affiliated companies, including The Remington Room, helping drive consistency, accountability, and long-term growth.
Mike grew up primarily in the Cincinnati area, spending a few years living in Rhode Island before returning to Ohio to finish high school. After graduation, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, serving as an infantryman. His military service took him to North Carolina, California, and several international locations. The discipline, teamwork, and service-before-self mindset he developed in the Marine Corps continue to shape both his leadership style and his dedication to supporting others. After returning home in 2011, Mike went on to earn his Bachelor's degree and MBA. During that time, he met his wife, Samantha, and the two were married in 2015.
Family is at the center of Mike's life. He and Samantha are the proud parents of four children—Sophia, Hayden, Cohen, and Shilo—and spend much of their free time making memories together, hosting holidays, and entertaining friends and family at their home in Maineville, usually with something great on the smoker. Mike is also passionate about giving back, particularly when it comes to supporting veterans. As a founding member and current board member of the Warpig Nation Charitable Foundation, he remains committed to serving those who have served our country. When he's not at the office, Mike enjoys coaching youth sports, tackling home improvement projects, or firing up the smoker for family and friends.
