This has brought him a unique understanding and also interest in both land development, new construction, and real estate. Bob’s actual real estate career started in 2006 when he joined his father’s land development company Hines-Griffin. He then joined Coldwell Banker Realty in 2013 and has been a licensed Realtor since 2016.
Like most Cincinnatians’, Bob met his wife Pam in high school. He attended Moeller and she attended Mount Notre Dame and they have been married for over 10 years. Their amazing son (Rome’s) makes them laugh every day. The Hines recently built their new home in Montgomery and love to go for walks to Swaim park, downtown Montgomery and Blue Ash. They love Skyline Chili (sorry, Gold Star), Montgomery Inn, the Bengals, and Reds and also love to travel. Bob is an avid car enthusiast and enjoys a good beer and watching college football with family and friends.
