A recent report of real estate transactions from June 1 to August 31 showed that the Oyler Hines team continues to excel in the Madeira market. Three Oyler Hines team members — Scott Oyler, Heather Stallmeyer, and Laura Wogen — were among the top 10 agents by sales volume.

Scott Oyler, Team Lead and Head of Existing Home Sales, took the number one spot with a total sales volume of $4,876,000. He completed eight total transactions with an average value of $609,500, and his sales made up 8.79% of Madeira’s total sales volume.

Director of Listings Heather Stallmeyer ranked third with a total sales volume of $2,085,000. She completed three transactions with an average value of $695,000 and was responsible for 3.30% of total Madeira sales volume.

Sales Advisor Laura Wogen ranked 10th with a total sales volume of $1,365,000. Her two transactions had an average value of $682,500. Her sales made up 2.20% of the total Madeira volume.

The report noted that there were 46 active real estate agents in Madeira for the June–August time period. Remarkably, Oyler Hines team members were responsible for more than 14% of the total sales volume of $64,652,819.
