The report, which covers sales made between April 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025, reveals that Oyler’s total transaction volume eclipsed that of any other agent. The volume of houses Oyler listed or sold was $14,109,700. The next highest real estate agent sold properties totaling just $5,040,001.

The ranking report, which includes both listing and selling agents, reveals that Oyler both listed and sold more properties than any other residential real estate agent. He listed a total of nine properties (the most any other agent listed was four) and sold a total of six (the most any other agent sold was two).
