Patrick entered the real estate world in 2022, securing his Ohio license with a focus on new construction. He discovered a passion for guiding clients through the entire building journey, from selecting a lot to watching a plot of land transform into their dream home. He obtained his Kentucky license in 2023, where he continues to focus on new construction while also expanding into resale properties. His prior experience in high-paced wine sales, particularly during the challenges of COVID, honed his proactive, responsive and urgent approach. These qualities keep him ahead of the curve in real estate deals. Patrick is eager to go through “Hines University” to button up his new construction knowledge while also being on a team that is highly experienced in resale.

A familiar face to the Cincinnati area, Patrick grew up in Loveland and is an alumnus of Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy, giving him a deep understanding of the local market. Now he's settled in Lakeside Park, KY with his fiancée, Heather. In his free time, Patrick enjoys fitness, road trips (especially to Torch Lake, Michigan, to visit family), exploring new restaurants, and cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals and Reds.
