Each year, Coldwell Banker Realty recognizes their top realtors’ accomplishments in Greater Cincinnati as well as Nationally.
For the third straight year, we were named #1 in Greater Cincinnati. This award goes to the top producing residential real estate team. Notably, we were also the only company with 200 or more transactions. Our hardworking team even exceeded that threshold — in 2023, we completed 322 transactions.
Our team also received a number of other honors. We were recognized for Top Closing on sales with a closed ACGI (adjusted commission gross income) as well as Top Selling for closed units. We also received top honors for listings taken, buyer-controlled sales, listings sold, and closed transactions. We were also recognized in the top 10 out of all Coldwell Banker Teams Nationally!
