Scott is a third-generation realtor, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, Clark Oyler, who co-founded Parchman and Oyler in 1949—a company later acquired by Coldwell Banker. His father, Steve Oyler, has been equally influential, boasting nearly 40 years of success in real estate, managing and coaching Top Producing Teams. 

Scott's official journey began in Commercial Real Estate with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), and in 2011, he joined Coldwell Banker. Over time, he cultivated the Oyler Group (now Oyler Hines) into the #1 Team in Cincinnati according to the Realtor Alliance of Greater Cincinnati as well as Top 5 in the State of Ohio, as recognized by the Ohio Board of Realtors. Additionally, Oyler Hines achieved the prestigious position of being named the #1 Team at Coldwell Banker Realty in Greater Cincinnati and one of the Top 10 Large Teams nationally. A Cincinnati native, Scott calls Madeira home, where he resides with his wife, Kristen, twin daughters Izzy and Gabby, and their canine companions, Avo and Poppy. A die-hard University of Cincinnati Bearcats fan, Scott also cherishes moments spent with family and friends at the lake!
