A third-generation Realtor, Scott's passion for real estate started early. His grandfather, Clark Oyler, co-founded Parchman & Oyler in 1949, a company later acquired by Coldwell Banker, while his father, Steve Oyler, spent nearly four decades leading and coaching top-producing real estate teams.

Over the past 16+ years, Scott has built a business focused on relationships, results, and long-term success. Under his leadership, Oyler Hines has surpassed $1 billion in career sales and earned recognition as the #1 Team in Greater Cincinnati, a Top 10 Coldwell Banker Large Team nationwide, and one of the top-performing teams in Ohio. Licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky, Scott combines deep local market knowledge with innovative marketing and data-driven strategies to help clients achieve their goals.

Known for his professionalism, integrity, and straightforward approach, Scott believes every client deserves honest advice, clear communication, and a seamless experience from start to finish. A Cincinnati native, Scott lives in Madeira with his wife, Kristen, their twin daughters, Izzy and Gabby, and their dogs, Avo and Poppy.
