He has also had an extensive 16 year career in coaching and recruitment in Track and Field and Cross Country. He served in these roles at the Division 1 collegiate level, with his most recent position being at The Ohio State University. Both of these experiences have prepared him for success in real estate. His clients benefit from his wealth of building knowledge, his ability to put together detailed plans, and his strong negotiating skills. Brice is a people person who has never met a stranger and loves talking to everyone! Brice and his wife Angie live on the east side of Cincinnati. Their family has deep roots in the Queen City and they are so excited to be raising their two daughters, Sydney and Wren here. In his spare time, you will find Brice tackling interior & exterior projects on their mid century modern fixer. The “before and afters” are awesome! He also enjoys fly fishing, boating, & traveling.
