CINCINNATI, OH – Oyler Hines posted more sales volume than any other individual agent in Hamilton County for June 2026. According to the latest MLS ranking report from the MLS of Greater Cincinnati, covering closed residential transactions recorded between June 1 and June 30, 2026, co-founder Scott Oyler closed 26 total transactions and $17,534,600 in volume. That dollar figure topped every agent on the countywide report, and his transaction count ranked second among all agents in the county.

Scale matters here. Hamilton County logged 2,361 total transactions and more than $972 million in combined sales volume for the month, one of the busiest stretches of the year for Greater Cincinnati real estate. Producing $17.5 million in a single month, in a county that size, put Oyler roughly 41% ahead of the next-highest individual agent by dollar volume.

By the Numbers

Oyler's June production split almost evenly: 14 listing-side transactions and 12 buyer-side closings. His average sale price of $674,408 ran about 64% above the county-wide average of $411,751, a reflection of the higher-value listings and more involved transactions the Oyler Hines team regularly handles.

Numbers elsewhere on the report add context. The agent who led the county in raw transaction count closed 48 sides worth $5,721,950 combined, less than a third of Oyler's dollar volume. Next-highest volume among named individual agents: $12,466,000. Not a subtle gap.

A Busy June Across the Region

June was active across the board. The REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati reported $785.9 million in sold volume across the five-county region for June, an 8.2% jump from a year earlier, with 1,949 homes sold and a median price of $330,500. Median days on market: six. Active inventory grew 5% year over year, giving buyers slightly more selection without cooling prices.

Standing out in that environment takes sustained production, and this result extends a pattern. Oyler held the number one individual agent ranking in Hamilton County in April 2026, when he closed 23 transactions and $12.5 million in volume. His June total beat that April figure by about 40%. The March 2026 rankings and 2025 year-end recap lay out the longer arc, including the $279 million across 446 transactions that Oyler Hines closed last year.
