Oyler Hines Ranks #1 in Montgomery, Ohio, for June 2026

CINCINNATI, OH – Oyler Hines has claimed the top spot in the Montgomery, Ohio, sales rankings for June 2026. According to the latest MLS ranking report from the MLS of Greater Cincinnati, which reflects closed residential transactions recorded between June 1 and June 30, 2026, co-founder Scott Oyler earned the number one individual agent ranking in the market with four total transactions and $4,978,500 in sales volume.

The market recorded 50 transactions and $48,319,300 in combined volume during the month. Oyler's four closings represented 8% of all transactions and just over 10% of total dollar volume. No other agent topped $3 million. The next-ranked competitor closed three transactions totaling $2,997,700, roughly two-thirds of Oyler's figure.

By the Numbers

Oyler's results included two listing-side transactions and two buyer-side closings. His average sale price of $1,244,625 came in well above the market-wide average of $966,386, and that market average is already one of the highest in Greater Cincinnati. A spread of more than $275,000.

He was not the only Oyler Hines agent on the report. Heather Stallmeyer closed a $2,000,000 listing that earned her a top-ten ranking and the highest average transaction value of any agent listed. Together, the two accounted for nearly $7 million in sales volume there, more than 14% of the market's total. From one team.

A Strong Summer Market

Montgomery is a tough place to be an average agent. Inventory stays limited, price points run high, and buyers arrive with long checklists. Regional numbers for June tell a similar story. According to the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, the median sold price across the five-county area reached $330,500 in June, up 1.7% from a year earlier, while total sold volume climbed 8.2% to $785.9 million. Homes went from listing to contract in a median of six days. Quick, by any standard.

Performing at the top of that kind of market is becoming routine for the team. Oyler Hines ranked first in Montgomery sales volume in January 2026 and placed among the market's top agents again in the February 2026 rankings. The firm also keeps an office in the heart of the community at 7813 Ted Gregory Lane, a short walk from downtown Montgomery's restaurant row.

What This Means for Buyers and Sellers

MLS rankings are built from verified closed transactions, not self-reported totals or marketing claims. For homeowners weighing a sale in the community, or buyers trying to win in a market where desirable homes draw multiple offers, the ranking documents real production: accurate pricing, prepared listings, and negotiations that hold up at the closing table.
