Scott Oyler, Michael Hines, Heather Stallmeyer, and Stacy Rickert represented buyers and sellers on 25 residential closings, with an average sold price of $508,058.
CINCINNATI, OH - Four Oyler Hines advisors closed 25 residential sales totaling $12,701,461 in September 2026, according to a statistical market analysis from the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati.
The report covers Scott Oyler, co-founder and Team Lead; Michael Hines, co-founder and Head of New Construction Sales; Heather Stallmeyer, Director of Listings; and Stacy Rickert, Sales Advisor. It does not include the rest of the team.
Sale prices ranged from $152,000 to $1,318,961. The average sold price was $508,058, and the median was $445,000. The 25 sales averaged 12 days on market.
Buyers and sellers
The same four advisors were on the buyer side of 16 closings totaling $8,033,900. Those sales carried an average sold price of $502,119 and a median of $491,500, and they averaged 8 days on market. Prices ran from $152,000 to $1,025,000.
They were on the listing side of 11 closings totaling $5,650,561. The average sold price was $513,687, the median was $445,000, and the average days on market was 17. Prices ran from $187,500 to $1,318,961.
Two of the sales, totaling $983,000, involved an advisor from this group on both sides. The combined report counts those two once. The other 23 sales were cooperative and totaled $11,718,461.
A September market with more homes to compare
The closings came as Greater Cincinnati recorded fewer sales and more inventory than a year earlier. The REALTOR Alliance of Greater Cincinnati reported 1,562 closed sales across its five-county market in September, down 3.2% from 1,614 in September 2025. The regional median sold price reached $315,000, up 3.3%. Active inventory rose 12.8% to 3,691 listings, and the median property sold in 13 days.
Through September, the region had recorded 14,179 sales, up 2.4% from 13,842 a year earlier. The year-to-date median was $320,000, up 4.2% from $307,000, and nine-month sold volume reached $5.49 billion.
More inventory can give buyers room to compare homes. Sellers had 2,332 new listings to stand out from during the month. Those conditions put a premium on preparation: recent comparable sales for buyers, and a price and presentation that can hold up for sellers.
The Alliance figures cover single-family homes and condominiums in five counties. The Oyler Hines report is a residential sold report for four named advisors.
Current experience matters
For clients, the headline number matters less than the current view of price, timing, and contract terms. That is what a buyer or seller can use when it is time to write an offer or set a list price.
As Head of Existing Home Sales, Scott Oyler works with resale buyers and sellers. Michael Hines leads new construction sales. Heather Stallmeyer directs listings, and Stacy Rickert works with buyers and sellers in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
Buyers who are ready to begin a search can review the home-buying process and the team's property search. Sellers can see how the team handles pricing and marketing.
