Oyler Hines Leads Named Agents in Hamilton County for September 2026

Oyler Hines co-founder Scott Oyler led named agents on the September Hamilton County ranking with 20 credited transactions and $9.46 million in volume.

CINCINNATI, OH - Scott Oyler, co-founder and Team Lead at Oyler Hines, led the named agents on the Hamilton County ranking for September 2026, according to the latest ranking report from the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati.

The report covers sales recorded from September 1 through September 30, 2026. Oyler received credit for 20 transaction sides, including six listings and 14 buyer-side sales, with $9,460,500 in total volume. His average transaction value was $473,025.

A first-place finish among named agents

The line above Oyler is not a named agent. It is labeled Non Member, MLS ID 000000, with 26 buyer-side credits and $6,369,850 in volume. Among agents listed by name, Oyler ranks first. His volume was also $3,090,650 higher than that line.

He recorded the highest volume in the top 10. The next named agent had 18 transaction sides and $8,556,000 in volume, $904,500 behind Oyler.

Hamilton County's ranking report included 1,882 credited transaction sides and $672,533,470 in volume for the month. Oyler accounted for 1.06% of the county's credited activity. The average transaction value across those sides was $357,350.

The MLS report grants double credit when the same agent represents both the listing and buying sides of a transaction. Its rankings are sorted first by transaction count and then by volume.

September activity across Greater Cincinnati

Sales eased across the region, and buyers had more homes to choose from. The REALTOR Alliance of Greater Cincinnati reported 1,562 closed sales in its five-county market in September, down 3.2% from 1,614 in September 2025. The regional median sold price reached $315,000, up 3.3% from $304,937. Total sold volume was $580.87 million, down 3.2%.

Inventory rose to 3,691 active listings, up 12.8% from a year earlier, and 2,332 new listings came on the market. Homes still sold in a median of 13 days. In a market moving at that pace, buyers and sellers need current pricing, clear communication, and an agent who can keep a transaction on track.

The Alliance figures cover single-family homes and condominiums in Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, and Warren counties. The Hamilton County ranking is a separate report. It includes land and multifamily sales, and it credits both sides of a transaction.

Local experience across Hamilton County

Oyler's September credits cover listing work and buyer representation in Hamilton County. His experience as a third-generation Cincinnati Realtor and Head of Existing Home Sales helps clients evaluate local pricing, prepare competitive offers, and manage each step from contract to closing.

What the ranking means for clients

Monthly rankings are one measure of activity, but the practical value for clients comes from current market experience. Agents who regularly write, negotiate, and close contracts see how pricing and buyer behavior are changing in real time.

For sellers, that experience can help with list-price decisions, offer comparisons, and contract terms. Buyers benefit from a clearer view of recent sales, local competition, and the terms needed to put together a strong offer without taking on unnecessary risk.
