CINCINNATI, OH - Scott Oyler and Laura Wogen tied for the top of the Madeira agent ranking for September 2026, according to the latest ranking report from the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati.
The report covers sales recorded from September 1 through September 30, 2026. It lists Oyler, co-founder and Team Lead at Oyler Hines, first, and Wogen, a sales advisor, second. Their credited totals are the same: four buyer-side sales, no listings, $2,775,000 in volume, and an average transaction value of $693,750.
Each accounted for 18.18% of Madeira's credited activity. Those are separate lines on the report, not a combined team total. The report does not list the properties behind the credits.
One side each for the rest of the top 10
Madeira's ranking report included 22 credited transaction sides and $13,335,000 in volume for the month. The average transaction value was $606,136.
Every other agent in the top 10 had one credited side. Stacy Rickert and Maggie Curtis, also with Oyler Hines, each received credit for one listing at $590,000. The report does not show whether those two credits are for the same property.
The MLS report grants double credit when the same agent represents both the listing and buying sides of a transaction. Its rankings are sorted first by transaction count and then by volume. With the totals equal, the report still lists Oyler first.
