The report covers sales recorded from September 1 through September 30, 2026. Oyler received credit for four transaction sides, including two listings and two buyer-side sales, with $2,229,100 in total volume. His average transaction value was $557,275.
A No. 1 finish in Symmes Township
Each of the next nine agents on the report had one credited side. The highest volume on any of those sides was $1,125,000, compared with Oyler's $2,229,100.
