Oyler Hines Closes 27 Transactions Totaling $15.64 Million in July 2026

CINCINNATI, OH - Scott Oyler closed 27 sales totaling $15,639,820 in sold volume during July 2026, according to an agent production report from the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Cincinnati.

Oyler's July business included listing-side and buyer-side transactions across Cincinnati and its surrounding communities. The 27 closings carried an average list price of $580,570 and an average sold price of $579,253.

Buyers and sellers across the region

The report shows Oyler on the listing side of 13 closings and the buyer side of 15. One transaction involved him on both sides. Those closings covered a wide range of locations and price points, including Cincinnati, Montgomery, Madeira, Sycamore Township, Anderson Township, Loveland, West Chester, Norwood, Goshen Township, Miami Township, and Batavia Township.

Sale prices ranged from $147,000 to $1.8 million. That range reflects the mix of clients Oyler Hines serves, from first-time and move-up buyers to luxury sellers and investors.

The month's highest-priced closing was 2963 Walworth Avenue in Cincinnati, which sold for $1.8 million. Other seven-figure transactions included a Montgomery home that closed for $1.1 million. Several properties also sold above their asking prices, including homes in Sycamore Township, West Chester, Montgomery, Cincinnati, Miami Township, and Anderson Township.

A July market with more sales and more choices

Oyler's production came as Greater Cincinnati recorded year-over-year gains in sales, volume, and inventory. The REALTOR Alliance of Greater Cincinnati reported 1,880 closed sales across its five-county market in July, a 5.9% increase from July 2025. Total sold volume reached $757.57 million, up 7%, and active inventory rose 5.7% to 3,271 listings.

More inventory can give buyers room to compare homes, but the median property still sold in nine days. Sellers faced more competition for attention as 2,648 new listings entered the market during the month.

Those conditions put a premium on preparation. Buyers need to understand recent comparable sales and be ready to act when the right home appears. Sellers need realistic pricing, strong presentation, and a plan for evaluating offers beyond the headline number.

Current experience matters

High monthly transaction volume gives an agent a close view of what is happening in the market right now. Each closing adds information about buyer demand, inspection negotiations, appraisal issues, financing timelines, and the terms sellers are willing to accept.

As Head of Existing Home Sales, Scott Oyler works with clients throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. His July closings included established city neighborhoods, eastern suburbs, and communities outside Hamilton County.
